1. B2B Account Development, Sales & Management – Medical, Wellness 

Please be a polished professional ready to present our medically-designed weight loss program directly to health professionals including doctors, physical therapists, naturopaths, etc.

We want to effectively become the weight loss solution for practices who desire a safe, effective and sustainable option for their clients, but who don’t already have an in-house program of their own.   In this role you aren’t selling directly to the prospective practice. You are developing a referral relationship where they send clients to purchase from us.  Sales quotas & compensation are tied to total referrals attributable to accounts you establish, nurture and grow.

We need a professional, polished, intelligent, articulate, confident MOTIVATOR.  Must understand the intricacies of medical office gatekeeping and support staff roles to effectively obtain access and present to practitioners who can make referrals.

Please be flexible and creative in making connections Be adept and experienced at leveraging current relationships to generate more.

Be able to inform and guide development of the presentation format and materials.

Be self-driven, motivated to build our business, and to set and break your own records.  We need diligent, persistent pursuit of long-term, mutually beneficial relationships!  

Drive the following:

  • Prospect for ideal, complimentary practices to approach in various geographic regions.   Leverage existing relationships to generate introductions to new prospects.
  • Present our medically-designed weight loss program as well as benefits of working with a dedicated weight loss organization to offer as a resource to their patients & clients.
  • Manage and build pipeline of prospects using HubSpot CRM. Be data-driven, meticulous in documenting and updating prospect progress. Provide monthly pipeline & forecasting reports to management.
  • Engage with current & potential B2B referral partners on appropriate social media such as LinkedIn and Alignable.
  • Assist with all aspects of managing sales role including calculation commission reconciliations, coordination with Marketing team for collateral materials to support relationship development, etc.

SALARY: Base $50-55K/yr (DOE) + Tiered Commissions.  Comp structure designed to enable $100K+.  No cap.
