Ingredients (Makes 10 cookies. 1 Serving = 5 cookies)
1 Packet Evolve180 Chocolate Pudding
3 egg whites
1tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350F.
2) Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
3) Beat egg whites until dry and stiff.
4) Fold in shake mix and vanilla extract.
5) Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet and bake.
